8 study hacks

Today I have brought 8 study hacks which are going to be very helpful for you.

1. READ ALOUD

Whatever topic you want to learn ,read it aloud. It may sound crazy but you'll be surprised to know that you can remember better by using this technique.

2. DON'T NEGLECT YOUR SLEEP

Some students neglect their sleep in order to study but it isn't a good idea. Also early morning study is much better than night study. Research shows that if you take atleast 8 hours of sleep, it will keep you more focused and you'll learn faster.

3.AVOID STUDYING IN BED

What's the worst place to try to be productive?
It's your bed.Studying in bed limits focus. When you try to do homework in bed ,your bed will tempt you to stop working and fall asleep.

 4.USE HIGHLIGHTERS

Using highlighters is a great way to study. Whenever you read a topic or a chapter,
highlight the important points.  In this way
when you will again the review the topic you will go direct to the important topics.

 5.POMODORO TECHNIQUE

This is the most effective way to study. It means
25 minutes of study and 5 minutes of break.
This way your mind will  remain fresh and you'll
be able to study more.

6.REWARD YOURSELF

Whenever you read a topic or go through a page,
eat a piece of chocolate. It might sound weird,
but human brains perform better on a rewarding
system. Same way when a you solve a practice test,  give yourself a treat.

7 .LEARN IN CHUNKS

Research shows that our brain can't store
a lot of information together . This is the mistake we do while studying. We try to grasp a lot of information together. Rather
than doing this, try to break the topic into
parts. In this way you can learn the entire
topic quickly.

8.MNEMONIC DEVICES
Mnemonic devices means to join the words together in any sense so that it is easy for us to remember.
For example if we want to learn the eight planets of solar system we'll join the first letters of each words together like this:

This way we'll be able to remember the planets in their serial order. There are many examples of mnemonic devices which we can use while studying and they are very effective also.

Hope it helps.........
