Many students face the problem that how they can focus on studies. 
Which tips and tricks should they follow so that they can focus in studies for long hours?

So, the answer is here.
Today I'm gonna share with you  6 tips to stay focused.

1. Set study goals

If you want to improve your grades , then it's important to set study goals. Settings study goals help to reduce procrastination , thus  you will have a clear objective and it will help you to stay focused.

2. Train your brain

Playing certain games can help you to concentrate better. You can play a variety of games like sudoku, crossword puzzles,chess, memory games etc.
According to a study spending 15 minutes a day on brain games can have a big impact on your concentration.

3. Use the pomodoro technique


Pomodoro technique means splitting your study sessions into small chunks i.e 25 minutes of study and 5 minutes of break. This technique is very useful and it keeps you focused and motivated.

4. Focus on skills,not grades

Most common mistake that students make is they focus more on grades rather than on skills  and learning. The purpose of education is not only to score grades but to gain knowledge also.
If you focus more on learning rather than on grades, the stress and pressure surrounding your study can be reduced .

5. Exercise

Studies gave shown that regular exercises are not only beneficial for your body but also for your brain. Doing regular exercises can improve your focus upto 2-3 hours. Also it reduces stress and anxiety.

6. Write reviews
There is a famous quote " You can't manage what you can't measure"
 which means you can't improve something without tracking and measuring.
At the end of every week take five minutes and note down your habits routine, progress and review it . 
In this way you will get to know about your inefficiencies and you will be able to improve them.
